These Terms govern your use of Bicep Heart. By signing in, buying credits, uploading content, or creating a video, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your Google sign-in account, activity under it, and accurate information. Notify support@heartbicep.com if you believe your account is being misused.
Your content and permission
You keep your rights in photos you upload. You grant Bicep Heart and its infrastructure and AI providers a limited license to host, copy, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you own the content or have permission from every identifiable person and that your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
AI-generated results
Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or different from the source. We do not guarantee likeness, quality, uniqueness, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review every result before downloading or sharing it. Follow destination-platform disclosure rules and do not present materially altered media as authentic footage.
Acceptable use
Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, invasive, or intended to impersonate, defraud, or harm. Do not use images of children, bypass rate or credit controls, probe security, automate abusive requests, or interfere with the service. We may reject content, suspend access, or preserve and report information where reasonably necessary for safety or law.
Credits, prices, and payment
Each generation currently costs the number of credits shown before creation (currently 100). Credits are a limited, personal service entitlement: they have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be resold. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Failed generations release reserved credits when the system can safely determine that generation did not complete.
Except where law requires otherwise, completed credit purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. Refunds, reversals, or disputes may remove corresponding credits and may create a negative balance if they were already used. Contact support@heartbicep.com for billing help.
Service changes and termination
We may change models, pricing, credit costs, limits, features, or availability, and may suspend or discontinue the service. We may restrict or terminate use that violates these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion; provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bicep Heart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Bicep Heart in the six months before the event giving rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Changes and contact
